Senior Healthcare Data Analyst

As a critical member of the finance team, the full-time Senior Healthcare Data Analyst will develop data assets and models to provide insights into medical expense and risk adjustment performance while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment. Key responsibilities: Demonstrate mastery of SQL and BI tools to derive complex datasets and dashboards Lead the monthly enterprise reporting process, reviewing domains such as patient engagement and compliance Conduct analytics using various data sources to deliver actionable insights and support business performance improvements Required qualifications: 4+ years of experience in healthcare data analytics or healthcare economics 4+ years of experience with analytic and modeling tools (SAS, SQL, Python, R, etc.) Understanding of key managed care concepts such as Risk Adjustment and Diagnosis Related Groups Ability to review datasets for accuracy and consult with stakeholders on data inconsistencies Excellent written and verbal communication skills
