Our Commitment to Our Team Members:
Competitive pay:
- $16.00 plus benefits for part time
- $17 plus benefits for 40 hours a week availability and able to open or close each shift (5am or 11pm)

Expectations of a Back of House Team Member:
- Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently
- Thaw and prepare raw chicken according to Chick-Fil-A safety and quality standards
- Keep the kitchen and equipment clean, stocked, and organized at all times
- Assist in receiving and organizing of product as it arrives
- Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
- Treat everyone with honor, dignity, and respect
- Display a cheerful and positive attitude
- Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
- Able to work on your feet for several hours at a time
- Lift objects up to 50 lbs., when necessary
