Ideal candidates will have:

• Active SLP licensure and eligibility for work in a school setting
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) welcomed, but Clinical Fellows (CFY) are also encouraged to apply
• Experience or a strong interest in working with high school-aged students
• Background in pediatric or school-based speech therapy is beneficial
• Ability to collaborate with educational staff, parents, and caregivers
• Strong organizational skills and a flexible, positive attitude

Primary responsibilities include:

• Evaluating and treating high school students with a variety of speech, language, and communication challenges
• Developing individualized education plans (IEPs) and maintaining accurate documentation
• Participating as an active member of the student support team
• Communicating effectively with families, educators, and multidisciplinary professionals
• Maintaining compliance with all state and federal guidelines
