Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Warehouse Supervisor located in Austin, TX.

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing a wide variety of warehouse activities including shipping and receiving raw materials and/or finished goods and maintaining inventory and associated records.

Shift Hours : 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (M- F)

What a typical day looks like:

• Oversees the receiving and distribution of goods and supporting operations.
• Ensures orders delivered are accurately and efficiently filled.
• Performs quality assurance checks on all products received before stocking or distributing goods.
• Maintains proper levels of stock in warehouse to ensure maximum profitability.
• Maintains files on all equipment. Conducts routine and periodic inventory counts on warehouse.
• Responsible for ordering necessary equipment.
• Ensures sites are adequately and routinely stocked.
• Ensures warehouse is maintained in an efficient, neat and safe manner.
• Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of warehouse.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• Typically requires 2-5 years of materials experience, with advanced experience using Manufacturing Requirements Planning (MRP) systems or related field.
• Experience with BOM and BOL, tracking KPI for the team and helping with working through the performance plan if required .
• Experience working with any ERP like SAP would be desired .
• Office Skills: telephones, data entry, office software to include, word processing, spreadsheets, presentation package and database systems.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
• Effectively and professionally communicate with handlers, operations supervisors, and customers
• PIT certification, or willingness to obtain.

The base pay range for this position is provided below. The final base rate offered will be determined using job-related, non-discriminatory criteria, including but not limited to experience, qualifications, geographic location, education, external market data, and internal equity.
$56,600.00 USD - $77,800.00 USD Annual
