Key Responsibilities Advanced Clinical Practice - Perform comprehensive assessments, physical exams, diagnostic testing, and treatment planning for urgent care patients. Patient Care Coordination - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, document accurately, support patients through acute issues, and participate in performance improvement initiatives. Customer Satisfaction - Provide patient-centered communication, resolve concerns promptly, and maintain a positive, professional presence. Clinical Standards - Ensure adherence to protocols, Nevada PA regulations, and Renown policies; support productivity, quality, and program growth. Emergency Response - Deliver emergency medical treatment when required. Qualifications Current PA licensure in Nevada; compliance with all NRS PA practice requirements. Demonstrated competency in urgent care or acute care settings. Strong critical-thinking, communication, and collaboration skills. Ability to provide care across neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations. Commitment to ethical practice, documentation standards, and Renown's corporate culture.
