The Company is seeking a Dean for its School of Pharmacy, a pivotal role that demands an inspiring and forward-thinking leader. The successful candidate will be responsible for uniting and energizing the School's community, championing educational excellence, and driving the development of creative and impactful leaders. This leadership position is integral to shaping the future of pharmacy education and advancing the institute's mission. The Dean will also be the chief representative of the School of Pharmacy, with overarching administrative duties, including compliance with accreditation standards, fundraising, and advancing interdisciplinary initiatives. Strong management skills, a Ph.D. or Pharm.D., prior administrative experience in a School of Pharmacy, and a commitment to the clinical care of communities in need are essential for this role.
