Unit Information:Medical Oncology with progressive care beds/pediatric patients.High acuity of PCU and small amount of med surgIf you accept a 12D/N rotating contract, you may be scheduled for days, nights, or a combination of both, depending on the department's needs. Shift assignments are reviewed every 4-week scheduling period, but changes are not guaranteed and are based on staffing priorities at that time.Patient Diagnoses:Solid TumorOrthopedic OncologyThoracic OncologySpecial Procedures/Unit Details:18J is a 36 bed Oncology Telemetry unit with over 24 beds dedicated to PCU level of care.Pediatric patients are cared for on this unit but are extremely rare and would likely be cared for by perm staff.
