Property Administrator - Commercial

We’re seeking an experienced Lease Administrator to manage tenant accounts, lease setup, and rent collections. This role partners closely with Property Management to ensure accurate lease administration, timely billing, and strong tenant communication. Responsibilities Abstract and maintain leases and amendments in property management software. Manage rent collections, cash receipts, reconciliations, and tenant billings. Prepare CAM, real estate tax, and final lease reconciliations. Track expiring leases and coordinate with Property Managers and Leasing. Respond to tenant and internal inquiries within 24 hours. 4-5 years of Lease Administration experience preferred. Collections experience and strong customer service skills. Excellent communication and attention to detail. This is an onsite role, five days per week in the Frederick, MD area.
