Responsible for the complete recruitment cycle including posting job advertisements, searching the Internet and relevant databases, networking and qualifying candidates. Screens, interviews and registers prospective professional candidates. Submits and reviews candidates with the hiring manager. Assists in negotiating salaries and satisfying customer's needs. Handles multiple requests simultaneously and provide professional support to managers. Able to understand and advance company's compensation, people development, and equal employment strategies.

This position will leverage multiple recruiting sourcing techniques to identify top talent to staff open positions. The Talent Sourcing & Engagement Partner works as a member of the Talent Acquisition team to identify talent pools, develop sourcing strategies, and to build talent communities and pipelines to meet company-wide staffing goals related to a variety of open positions. This position will leverage multiple recruiting sourcing techniques to identify top talent to staff open positions and to meet future needs. In addition to sourcing activities, this position will be responsible for managing relationships with external staffing partners, nurturing our talent community, and ensuring a diverse and inclusive process and talent pool.

Key Requirements

Experience and Education

Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience required; 5 years preferred

Bachelor's degree is required

Preference for candidates whose primary background is in recruiting rather than broader HR roles

Full Life Cycle Recruiting & Sourcing

Strong full life cycle recruiting experience.

Demonstrated sourcing expertise.

Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and candidate sourcing tools.

Ability to understand, analyze, and discuss recruiting metrics, including:

Offer extend rates

Offer acceptance rates

Candidate pass-through rates

Compliance & Process Knowledge

Understanding of OFCCP requirements.

Experience managing candidates through recruiting workflows and resolving issues related to incorrect candidate status steps.

Behavioral Competencies

Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

Ability to influence and partner effectively with stakeholders.

Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced recruiting environment.

Preferred Background

Candidates with in-house corporate recruiting experience are strongly preferred over those whose experience is primarily within staffing agencies.

Prior applicant tracking system experience is not a deciding factor, provided the candidate can effectively learn and navigate recruiting systems.

Notes:

They will be required to work a full 8 hours a day, Monday through Friday. But those start times are flexible.
