Human Resources - Recruiter Recruiter
Temporary
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and align on expectations, timelines, and candidate profiles
- Extend verbal and written offers to candidates and facilitate any negotiations between candidate and hiring team
- Initiate background check and drug screen upon offer acceptance and ensure all onboarding tasks are complete before hire date
- Execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and internal pipelines
- Maintain candidate pipelines for current and near-term hiring needs
- Serve as a point of contact for hiring managers throughout the recruiting process
- Provide updates on candidate pipelines, timelines, and market conditions
- Offer input on candidate quality and hiring considerations
- Manage requisitions, candidate movement, and documentation within Workday Recruiting
- Ensure accuracy, data integrity, and timely updates throughout the hiring process
- Communicate clearly and professionally with candidates throughout the hiring process
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience supporting professional or corporate roles
- Experience with Workday Recruiting (preferred) or similar ATS and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards
- Effective communication skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and HR Partners
