Sr. HR Business Partner

Senior HR Business Partner Location: San Diego, CA. This is a fully onsite role with eligibility for a hybrid schedule after successful 90‑day onboarding. About the Role SEKISUI Diagnostics is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to support all areas of HR including recruitment, compensation, benefits, training, development, employee relations, and related projects. Responsibilities As a hands‑on HR Business Partner, you will partner with senior leaders and global HR colleagues to drive business initiatives, strengthen organizational effectiveness, and support a consistent employee experience across sites. You will advise on organization design, workforce planning, learning and development, succession planning, employee relations, and performance management, manage complex employee relations matters, and contribute to improving engagement, morale, retention, and company culture. Qualifications Thorough knowledge of relevant employment legislation Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Effective oral and written communication with influence across all levels Good judgment and discretion with sensitive information Balance advocacy for employees and leaders Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) Compensation & Benefits The anticipated base salary is $100,000–$115,000. The role may also qualify for annual incentives and/or comprehensive benefits. Salary depends on qualifications, experience, education, certifications, and location.
