As a CSA, you will provide exceptional customer service to both our members and potential members, ensuring a positive and engaging experience. Your role will include giving facility tours, handling sign-ups, answering phone inquiries, and providing coverage in our Kid's Center. Responsibilities Provide friendly and efficient customer service to members and potential members, addressing their needs and inquiries. Assist with member sign-ups and conduct facility tours to showcase our amenities and services. Answer phone calls professionally, providing information and assistance to callers. Provide coverage in our Kid's Center, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for children. Perform administrative tasks related to member registration, data entry, and maintaining accurate records. Engage with the community to promote our facility and services, building positive relationships with members and potential members. Qualifications Previous experience in customer service is preferred, demonstrating excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills Friendly and approachable demeanor Ability to multitask and manage time effectively Proficiency in using computers and office software Positive and enthusiastic attitude Commitment to providing excellent customer service Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks Working Conditions Primary office and facility environment. Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods. Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds occasionally. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
