We're looking for the person who will eventually lead them.

Our company is launching a brand-new canvassing and in-field marketing division, and we're searching for an experienced home improvement marketing professional who wants more than just another job.

This is a ground-floor opportunity to help build something special.

You'll begin in the field learning our products, our customers, and our process by doing what great leaders do, leading from the front.

You'll knock doors.

You'll generate appointments.

You'll work home shows and events.

You'll prove the system.

Then you'll help recruit, train, coach, and develop the team that will eventually replace you in the field.

As our marketing organization grows, you'll grow with it.

Our goal is simple:

Develop the right person into our Director of Marketing.

We're Looking For Someone Who Has:

• Home improvement canvassing experience (Required)
• Home show and event marketing experience (Preferred)
• Lead generation experience
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• A competitive mindset
• The ability to work on your feet 7–8 hours per day
• Thick skin and a positive attitude toward rejection
• A passion for coaching and developing people
• A desire to build something—not simply maintain something
