The Family of Silver Oak is looking for an organized, collaborative, and customer-focused International Sales Coordinator to join our Wholesale Sales team in Oakville.

This is an exciting opportunity to support a growing international sales team and a portfolio of highly respected luxury wine brands, including Silver Oak, Twomey, Timeless and OVID. You’ll play an important role behind the scenes—helping our team and international importer partners navigate everything from orders and allocations to logistics, compliance, market support and customer service.

What You’ll Do - You’ll serve as a key partner to our International Sales Team and importer network, helping ensure our wines move seamlessly from our wineries to markets around the world. The role combines sales support, relationship management, logistics and operational coordination.

You will:
Build strong relationships with our international importers and serve as a primary point of contact for order fulfillment and ongoing support.
Coordinate importer allocations, orders, labeling, export documentation and accounts receivable.
Support the International Sales Team in executing our sales plan and identifying key accounts within international markets.
Coordinate wine samples, point-of-sale materials, merchandise shipments and trade event needs.
Manage international pricing, offering letters and importer price lists.
Partner with internal teams and external freight partners to coordinate inventory, labeling, shipments and export documentation.
Maintain accurate importer, sales, pricing, commission and compliance information.
Help create and maintain clear processes and SOPs for our international partners.
Collaborate across Sales, Operations, Compliance and Accounting to keep priorities moving forward.

What You’ll Bring - We’re looking for someone who enjoys being part of a team, takes pride in the details, and knows how to balance multiple priorities while providing exceptional service.

Our ideal candidate brings:

2–5 years of customer service, sales support, operations or related experience.
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
The ability to manage multiple priorities and time-sensitive deadlines.
A collaborative approach and comfort supporting team members across locations.
Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to jump in where needed.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
International/export or winery experience is a plus.

The position is based in Oakville, California, offers a hybrid work schedule, and reports to the Director of Wholesale Operations.

Compensation: $30.00–$37.50 per hour, based on experience.
