Day Shift | 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM Thursday–Saturday, plus every other Wednesday

Wednesday Day Shift + Thursday–Saturday Evening Shift Wednesday: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM Thursday–Saturday: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Evening Shift | 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM Sunday–Wednesday

Day Shift | 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM Sunday thru Weds

Your Role & Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and adjust comprehensive care plans for residents
• Independently supervise and deliver high-quality nursing care
• Support and advocate for some of our community's most vulnerable residents

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in your practicing state
• Strong clinical assessment and care-planning skills
• Passion for positively impacting others' lives
• Understanding of—and compliance with—state and federal regulations
