Job Description:

*Nurse Manager- Med Surg/Tele located at Queen of the Valley Medical Center in Napa, CA. This position will work Full Time 8-hour Day shifts.

*The Nurse Manager of a patient care unit or service maintains 24-hour accountability for the clinical leadership of staff. Responsible for overall personnel and fiscal management, clinical standards development, staff development, and the continuous improvement of activities within assigned areas.

*Bachelor's Degree - Nursing Admin: Nursing or related field.
*California Registered Nurse License upon hire.
*National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
*3 years - Relevant clinical experience.

*Bachelor's Degree - Nursing.
