A team player who supports both the team and store goals is essential.Sales and Revenue Growth:• Engage customers with a proactive sales approach, contributing to achieving and exceeding store-wide sales targets.• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, focusing on both retaining existing clients and seeking new opportunities.• Assist in the execution of visual merchandising and product presentation to keep the store fresh andappealing.Customer Service:• Provide exceptional customer service by leveraging comprehensive product knowledge and best-in-class clienteling techniques.• Assist clients with personalized recommendations and deliver a superior shopping experience.• Implement clienteling frameworks to meet and exceed store goals.Operations and Inventory Management:• Participate in inventory management tasks, including reporting discrepancies, monitoring stock levels, and assisting with monthly inventory counts.• Ensure merchandise is kept in pristine condition, including organizing and restocking as necessary.• Maintain an organized store environment, including the interior, exterior, office, and storage facilities.Staff Collaboration and Support:• Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive, productive, and inclusive work environment.• Assist in training new staff members and support ongoing staff development.• Demonstrate teamwork by supporting colleagues in delivering outstanding customer service.Professional Qualifications:• High School diploma or GED equivalent.• Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury retail or a related customer service role; management experience is a plus but not required.• Working knowledge of Lightspeed POS and Shopify is preferred.• Proven track record in sales generation and achieving commercial results.• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.• Strong ability to develop new client relationships and maintain brand recognition in the market.• Knowledge of merchandise features, fitting techniques, and current fashion trends.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.• Ability to think clearly, analyze situations, and resolve problems with sound judgment.• A proactive attitude with a willingness to tackle new tasks and improve processes.
