Job Overview

We are seeking a Temporary Customer Services Coordinator. In th Corona Area. This is an in-office position that is primarily focused on customer service. Approximately 95% of the role involves customer service and coordinating/scheduling service requests for our customers. The Service / Warranty Coordinator is responsible for managing service requests and warranty claims from initiation to resolution. This role serves as a key liaison between customers, service technicians, vendors, and internal departments to ensure timely, accurate, and professional handling of service issues and warranty processes

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule service calls, repairs, and installations with customers and service technicians
• Receive, review, and process warranty claims in accordance with company policies and manufacturer guidelines
• Verify warranty eligibility, coverage, and required documentation
• Communicate with vendors, manufacturers, and suppliers regarding warranty approvals, replacements, and credits
• Track service requests and warranty claims to ensure timely follow-up and resolution
• Maintain accurate records, files, and logs related to service work and warranty cases
• Provide regular updates to customers regarding service status and claim outcomes
• Identify recurring service or warranty issues and report trends to management
• Assist with invoicing, credits, and service-related billing discrepancies when applicable
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, service standards, and customer satisfaction goals

Required Skills/Abilities

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or relevant coursework preferred
• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, service coordination, warranty administration, or a related role
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word) and service management systems
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with service technicians or field service teams
• Knowledge of warranty policies, claims processing, or manufacturer programs
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
