Our Conyers Campus seeks an EXPERIENCED TEACHER for a 3-year-old/4-year-old classroom. As a member of our teaching team, you will report directly to the Assistant Director & Director on matters concerning the classroom, curriculum, or materials.

You will work collaboratively with your teaching team, coordinating curriculum and managing daily classroom operations.

1. Provide nurturing leadership and create a safe, enjoyable environment for children.
2. Maintain a setting that encourages fun and creativity for children.
3. Deliver exceptional customer service to parents through positive interactions.
4. Ensure compliance with safety protocols in all program activities.
5. Participate in implementing engaging and fun activities with the teaching team.
6. Embody the Center's mission and values, and teach these principles to children.
7. Pass a thorough background check prior to employment.
8. Maintain open communication with parents and staff as required.
9. Hold current CPR and First Aid certifications, or obtain within the first 90 days.
10. Meet the minimum age requirement of 18 years.
11. Perform physical tasks such as frequent movement, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
12. Prior experience in daycare or school settings, or student teaching positions, is essential.

• Develop strong relationships with colleagues through effective communication, listening, and teamwork.
• Built positive relationships with children and their parents through consistent engagement.
• Understand child development principles to ensure a secure and engaging classroom environment.
• Implement activities tailored to children's interests and needs under the supervision of the management team.
• Monitor and document children's behavior, interests, and progress, reporting back to management.
• A recent background check is required, with results easily accessible in the Koala system.
• Exemplify excellent classroom leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Salary will be determined based on skills, experience, education/training level, and recent employment verification.
