Technical Delivery Lead

In this high-impact, high-visibility role, you will lead the planning, solution design, and end-to-end software development and testing for Chubb’s global digital enablement platform. You will be at the forefront of driving strategic updates and overseeing the delivery of new and enhanced product features that are critical to our business. You will collaborate closely with architecture, data, engineering, and business teams, enabling effective decision-making and ensuring that all efforts align with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. Your proven ability to lead transformative and strategic technology initiatives, combined with your strong technical expertise and deep understanding of the insurance industry, will be essential. Your extensive experience working with process and engineering teams in an agile environment will position you to deliver impactful results and elevate the platform’s capabilities. In this role, you will:Own the platform vision and strategic direction, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivering measurable value to stakeholders Develop and maintain the platform roadmap, balancing feature delivery, enhancements, and technical improvements to drive continuous innovationGuide development teams setting code standards and ensuring best practices are integrated in software engineeringPlan and oversee project timelines, resource allocation and deliverables for platform enhancements and new featuresManage integration with internal systems (e.g., policy, claims, billing, CTM) and external partners (vendors, third-party data sources)Evaluate and implement emerging technologies (Agentic AI, automation, cloud, serverless) to improve platform efficiency and scalability.Ensure platform meets all regulatory, data privacy and cybersecurity standardsLead successful delivery of enhancements and new product introductions in cooperation with all internal partnersLead troubleshooting and resolution of platform issues, ensuring minimal business disruptionPartner with the business product owners, enterprise architects and other product team members to document and groom product features, user stories, and acceptance criteria in an agile development environmentWork with technical experts to support and ensure that the technical design aligns with business needs, and ensure compliance with enterprise IT policies, best practices, standards and processesManage day-to-day activities Chubb is a world leader in insurance. Chubb prohibits all unlawful discrimination, harassment and retaliation against any individual who reports discrimination or harassment. 15+ years of proven work experience in design and implementation of Global platform solutionsStrong background in software engineering, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), APIs, microservices, and data managementKnowledge graphs and semantic technologies: Neo4j, MongoDB, GraphDB, ontologies, semantic data modeling/JSON-LD, graph query languages (Cypher, SPARQL, Gremlin)AI/ML platforms: Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, Anthropic Claude API, and MLOpspracticesStrong understanding of Insurance processes, regulatory requirements, and industry standardsProven experience leading technical teams and managing cross-functional projectsExperience with JIRA, Service Now, Clarity and Azure DevOpsBachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in a technical or related discipline requiredThe pay range for the role is $220,000 to $255,000. The specific offer will depend on an applicant’s skills and other factors.
