Federal Law Clerk - Habeas & Civil Action Research

US Probation & Parole Office

United States Courts in Huntington, WV seeks a law clerk to analyze legal memoranda, conduct research, and draft proposed findings of fact and conclusions of law for judge review. The clerk will work on habeas actions, civil actions with pro se parties, and other federal matters.

The position requires strong legal research and writing abilities and will involve attending court proceedings and providing support to the Judge as needed.
