Key Responsibilities Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. Provide leadership to crew and fellow managers during the shift, maintaining quality, service, and cleanliness. Plan and monitor each shift, taking action to meet McDonald’s standards and communicate with the next Shift Manager. Monitor safety, security, profitability, and help departments meet their targets. Manage inventory, daily maintenance, scheduling, and training. Ensure food safety, quality food production, and exceptional customer service. Qualifications Previous leadership experience, ideally in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Positive team player with a flexible schedule. 18 years or older to work in a corporate‑owned or franchise‑operated restaurant. Strong communication skills and a passion for the McDonald’s fast‑paced environment.
