We are seeking an experienced Land Development Manager to join our Port St. Lucie division.

Position Summary

The Land Development Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of multiple residential land development projects while ensuring they are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

The successful candidate will manage approximately 2–4 active communities , including:

• New community launches
• Communities in phased development
• Communities in closeout

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of residential land development projects from pre-construction through community closeout.
• Coordinate with civil engineers, contractors, consultants, municipalities, and utility providers.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and site development activities.
• Oversee earthwork, infrastructure installation, permitting, and site improvements.
• Identify project risks and proactively implement solutions to maintain timelines.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, quality, and safety.
• Collaborate with internal departments including Land Acquisition, Purchasing, Construction, and Sales to support successful community development.
• Prepare project updates and communicate progress to division leadership.

Qualifications

Required

• Experience in residential land development.
• Strong project management experience overseeing multiple active communities.
• Civil engineering background with experience in earthwork and site development.

Preferred

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Homebuilding industry experience.
• Experience managing large-scale master-planned communities.
• Willingness to relocate, if necessary.
