Adams & Martin Group is partnering with a top lemon law firm in Century City to add up to 4 more Law Clerks to their team immediately. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a fast-moving hiring process. Applicants must not be taking the July bar. Position Details Location: Century City (onsite, 5 days/week - no exceptions) Schedule: 9am-5:30pm PST Pay: $20-$25/hour Full-time during the school year. No exceptions Start: ASAP Requirements Must be working toward getting their J.D. Responsibilities Prepare drafts of complaints, pleadings, declarations, discovery requests and responses. Prepare and file pleadings in state and federal courts. Create TOA/TOC's. Prepare trial briefs, exhibits, subpoena's, and motions. Calendar and track deadlines. Proficient with MS Office suite.
