The Data Operations Supervisor is a key role ensuring our asset management clients receive optimal value from the industry's leading data management service for financial intermediary distribution.

How You Will Make an Impact

• The Data Operations Supervisor is a key role ensuring our asset management clients receive optimal value from the industry's leading data management service for financial intermediary distribution.
• The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of the financial intermediary landscape (broker/dealer and RIA firms, trading IDs, advisor teams, dual-registered advisors, etc.), recordkeeping and distribution platforms (transfer agent, sub-transfer agent, custodial, etc.), and the reporting needs of asset management companies that distribute products through financial intermediaries.
• The Data Operations Supervisor must possess strong operational and communication skills to lead a team of associates within our internal data operations team.
• Additionally, the Data Operations Supervisor plays a key leadership role in client discussions to identify best practices and continuously evolve the service to meet the needs of our clients.

Required Experience

• Bachelor's degree and 5 years of work-related experience
• Must have experience in Financial Industry specifically Asset Management
• A passion for continuous learning as well as the ability to learn quickly and apply new skills.
• Flexibility/Ability to be proactive, possesses good problem solving skills and the capability to find solutions and the ability to successfully meet deadlines

Actual base salary will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to relevant skills, prior experience, education, demonstrated performance, and geographic location. New Jersey: The expected base salary for the position is between $80,000 USD to $105,000 USD. New York: The expected base salary for the position is between $80,000 USD to $105,000 USD. Colorado: The expected base salary for the position is between $80,000 USD to $105,000 USD. In addition, employees in this role may be eligible for consideration on an annual basis for a discretionary bonus and/or equity awards, such as restricted stock units or stock options, based upon individual and business performance at the company's discretion.
