General Maintenance Worker

Job Description

We are seeking a General Maintenance Worker to join our team! You will perform necessary work to keep the resort-style property looking beautiful for homeowners and vacation guests. Must have a valid driver's License and maintenance, general labor, and property repair duties

Responsibilities:

Repair major and minor issues with the building and property
Complete maintenance and repair work orders in a timely fashion
Clean grounds, small repairs, paint, pressure wash
Maintain a clean and safe workspace
Perform other duties, as assigned

Qualifications:

Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment
Deadline and detail-oriented
Ability to handle physical workload
