Growing together.The LTC/Central Fill Pharmacist is responsible for ensuring the safe, accurate, and efficient fulfillment of prescription orders within Genoa Healthcare's centralized and long-term care pharmacy operations. This role supports high-volume processing while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and delivering exceptional service to patients and clinic partners. This part-time, onsite position will be scheduled a minimum of 24 hours/3 days per week.Pharmacy Location: 50680 Corporate Drive, Shelby Township, MI 48315Hours: Scheduled 24 hours/3 days per week during the pharmacy hours of Monday-Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pmPrimary Responsibilities:Verify prescription accuracy and clinical appropriatenessOversee automated and manual dispensing in the central fill and LTC workflowEnsure timely and safe fulfillment of daily prescription volumeSupport compliance with state/federal regulations and company policiesCollaborate with technicians to maintain efficient, high quality operationsAssist with inventory control and controlled substance procedureYou'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmDCurrent pharmacist license in state of MichiganPreferred Qualifications:Experience in a LTC pharmacy settingLeadership experience and skillsFamiliarity with automation including Parata and SynMedPay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
