This role is a full-time, day shift position located in Katonah, NY. Monday - Friday. Mostly 8:30am - 5:30pm.

We are seeking experienced, compassionate Registered Nurses to join our Urology team! As a Urology Nurse, you may encounter a wide range of medical problems. You must be okay with a level of autonomy and taking action without a lot of direction. If you are a good communicator, and are able to handle stressful situations occasionally, this might be a great role for you! As a Urology Nurse, you must maintain the overall health of a patient, while also working well under pressure. You also must be prepared to deal with a significant amount of human discomfort, since urinary issues are often accompanied by pain and embarrassment. Patients must be made to feel as comfortable as possible during their time with us!!

Partial list of Duties of Urology Nurse include the following:

• Provide patients with routine checkups without the supervision of physicians
• Measure patient's vital signs
• Perform routine examinations
• Keep patient educated and informed of what is required of him/her to maintain urological health
• Determine appropriate tests and medicine to apply to problem

Must be a Registered Nurse in New York State.

Med/Surg, Procedural experience required.

Must be compassionate, able to work well with others, and reliable.

Must have a high-stress tolerance level. Nothing bothers you.
