Manufacturing Quality Engineer

Manufacturing Quality Engineer – Lansdale, PA – $80K–$100K + Benefits A well-established industrial equipment manufacturer in the Quakertown / Upper Bucks County area is looking to add a Manufacturing Quality Engineer to its quality team. This role is focused on keeping quality systems strong, improving manufacturing processes, supporting ISO 9001 compliance, working with suppliers, resolving quality issues, and partnering with internal teams to make sure products are built correctly and delivered to customer expectations. Key Responsibilities Maintain and improve ISO 9001 quality processes and procedures Support quality inspections, testing, and product release activities Investigate quality issues and drive root‑cause/corrective action plans Partner with suppliers to define, audit, and improve quality requirements Work closely with production and engineering on manufacturing quality improvements Review customer requirements, product specifications, drawings, and compliance needs Assist with internal audits, customer audits, supplier quality activity, and QMS documentation Help train employees on quality procedures and continuous improvement practices Ideal Background Quality Engineer, Supplier Quality Engineer, or Manufacturing Quality Engineer experience 4+ years in industrial, machinery, mechanical equipment, pump, foundry, machining, or related manufacturing ISO 9001 experience required QMS, 8D, CAPA, inspection, supplier quality, and root‑cause experience preferred Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required Mechanical Engineering degree preferred Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or ASQ certification is a plus Must be comfortable onsite near Lansdale / Telford, PA MOHR Talent is an equal‑opportunity employer and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local nondiscrimination laws.
