About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff for Product to join their team. The successful candidate will serve as a senior strategic and organizational partner to the VP of Product, with a focus on strengthening the operating effectiveness of the Product organization. This role is pivotal in connecting company strategy, portfolio priorities, and cross-functional execution. The Chief of Staff will be responsible for product strategy and roadmap alignment, operating cadence, executive communications, cross-functional execution, and organizational effectiveness. They will work closely with the VP of Product and Product leaders to drive annual and quarterly product planning, ensure clear communication of priorities and goals, and surface any portfolio-level tradeoffs or decisions requiring executive input. Applicants for the Chief of Staff for Product position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, with at least 8 years' experience in program management, business/product operations, product management, or a chief-of-staff function. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record of bringing structure to ambiguity, aligning senior stakeholders, and improving execution within a complex, cross-functional product organization. Strong written and verbal executive communication skills are essential, as is the ability to drive complex cross-functional initiatives and improve the product operating model. The ideal candidate will have a background in product management, engineering program management, or product/business operations, and experience in a high-growth technology environment.
