Benefits: Bonus based on performance Competitive salary Training & development About the Role: Rajal J Patel DDS PA is looking for a passionate and skilled Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing dental practice in Orange, NJ! Responsibilities: Perform routine dental cleanings, scaling, and root planing procedures for patients Conduct comprehensive oral health assessments, including periodontal evaluations Take and review dental X-rays and document findings in patient records Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care Screen patients for oral cancer, gum disease, and other dental conditions Apply sealants, fluoride treatments, and other preventive therapies Collaborate with the dentist to develop individualized patient treatment plans Requirements: Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the state of New Jersey Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program Current CPR/BLS certification Experience with dental practice management software preferred Strong knowledge of periodontal therapy and preventive dental care Excellent chairside manner with the ability to put patients at ease Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills About Us: Rajal J Patel DDS PA is a trusted dental practice serving the Orange, NJ community with a commitment to high-quality, compassionate dental care.
