OB/GYN Medical Director Opportunity

Mercy Health Physicians, a proud part of Bon Secours Mercy Health, is seeking an experienced and visionary OB/GYN Medical Director to lead our Women's Health Program at Mercy Health – Anderson Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio. This dual-role opportunity combines full-time clinical practice with strategic and programmatic leadership in one of the Midwest's most respected Catholic health systems.

The OB/GYN Medical Director will:

• Provide full-time clinical care (office, surgery, and deliveries) while also guiding the clinical and strategic development of the women's health program.
• Deliver at Mercy Health – Anderson Hospital (Level II NICU, 1,600 deliveries per year).
• Lead program development and strategic expansion for the Women's Health service line on Cincinnati's east side.
• Collaborate with executive leadership and multidisciplinary teams to enhance quality outcomes, patient satisfaction, and growth.
• Mentor physicians and advanced practice providers, fostering excellence and teamwork.
• Work closely with certified nurse-midwives and MFM support from the University of Cincinnati.
• Maintain a balanced Monday–Friday schedule, including dedicated leadership time for administrative duties.
• Participate in 1:6 call rotation.

• Board Certified in OB/GYN – [REQUIRED]

• Clean malpractice and license history – [HIGHLY PREFERRED]
