For more information, visit gigsafe.com. Role Overview We are looking for an Accountant to join our finance team and play a hands-on role in the financial operations that keep GigSafe running. This role will help ensure accurate financial records, timely closes and smooth invoicing and payment workflows. Responsibilities Manage accounting records in QuickBooks Prepare daily journal entries Support monthly close processes Reconcile bank accounts and financial records Manage invoicing and accounts receivable tracking Assist with financial reporting Help improve accounting workflows and internal processes Qualifications 3-5 years of accounting experience Proficiency with accounting platforms (QuickBooks, NetSuite, Ramp) Experience supporting monthly close Strong attention to detail and organization Ability to manage multiple priorities Strong communication skills Preferred Experience working in startup, fintech or SaaS environments Location Austin-based or willing to relocate What We Value Startup Mentality: You're energized by ambiguity, not slowed down by it.
