Assigned equipment, no-touch freight, and steady regional demand help keep drivers moving throughout the week.Operations: Freight moves through established regional lanes primarily east of I-35. Drivers haul 100% no-touch freight with approximately 60% drop-and-hook freight and 40% scheduled live-load freight. All dispatched miles are paid, loaded and empty, while operating throughout a multi-state regional network.Equipment: Assigned Kenworth T-680 automatic tractors • Thermo King APU, 2500-watt inverter, refrigerator, double bunk, and Bluetooth capability • Outward-facing cameras onlySmartTruck UT6 aerodynamic trailers are used throughout the fleet, and assigned equipment may be parked at home when suitable parking is available.Pay and Incentives: $1,375 to $1,625 per week • $3,000 sign-on bonus • Quarterly performance incentives and additional accessorial pay opportunities when applicableGetting Started: Paid orientation includes orientation pay.
