Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Paramedic position located in Monrovia, IN. The Paramedic will be responsible for responding to workplace emergencies, providing first-aid and advanced life support, and assisting with routine occupational health procedures. Day-to-day tasks include administering initial assessments, stabilizing patients, documenting care provided, and assisting medical providers with health evaluations and injury care. The Paramedic will collaborate with a NP and other Allied Staff to ensure the health and safety of patients in the workplace. Qualifications Proficiency in administering first aid, advanced life support, and emergency medical care Experience conducting patient assessments and documenting medical histories accurately Ability to assist with occupational health tasks, including routine medical procedures and health screenings Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients, team members, and employers Certification as a Paramedic and active state licensure in Indiana Knowledge of workplace safety protocols and experience in occupational health settings is highly preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced on-site environment Commitment to delivering patient-focused care and maintaining confidentiality
