Medical/Surgical Telemetry Registered Nurse position with 36 hours per week, including day rotations and every other week shifts. Unit: Davenport 7, a 41-bed Medical Telemetry Unit. Patient population includes cardiac, respiratory, metabolic, psychiatric, substance use disorder, genitourinary, and gastrointestinal patients. Clinician to patient ratio: Days 1:4-5, Evenings and Nights 1:5-6. EMR system used: EPIC. Skills required include cardiac telemetry, cardiac drips, interpreting telemetry strips, TR bands, and high-flow oxygen. Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in specialty required. Current Massachusetts RN License required with primary source verification within 30 days of start date; MA Conditional Licenses not accepted. AHA Certified BLS required (Salem accepts only AHA). IRP ACLS certification required (AHA, Red Cross, CHSF or Military accepted; Salem prefers AHA). Fit Test (N95) within 365 days of start date and updated annually. Respirator Medical Clearance Attestation required if fit test is required. MGB Medication Exam with 80% passing within 365 days for RN & LPN. MGB Dysrhythmia Exam with 80% passing. Documentation of MMR vaccination or immunity required. TB test documentation within 3 months of start date and updated if >6 month break. Health Statement signed by MD/DO/NP/PA within 365 days of start date and updated if >6 month break. MGB Criminal Background Check within 45 days prior to start date and updated if >6 month break. MGB Massachusetts CORI background check within 30 days prior to start date and updated if >6 month break. MGB Resume including past 7 years of work experience required for submission. Two references within 4 years of submission, minimum one supervisor or above in skillset. MGB Skills Checklist completed within 1 year of submission. MGB Confirmation of Assignment/POI Form required for all initial assignments and extensions. MGB Education Verification through background check company. MGB SSN Trace with addresses/aliases for past 7 years. MGB National Sex Offender Check within 30 days of start and updated annually. MGB Exclusion Checks within 30 days of start and annually. Positive PPD requires negative chest x-ray documentation. Preferred but not required: Hepatitis B vaccination or immunity. Preferred but not required: Tdap vaccine within 10 years and updated upon expiration. Schedule Information

36 hours per week. Rotating shifts for days: rotate between 7am-7pm, 11am-11pm, and 7pm-7am every other week. Night positions are straight nights. Unit Specific Information
