What You'll Do

• Perform a full range of diagnostic testing on blood, tissue, and body fluid specimens using advanced methodologies.
• Operate, calibrate, and maintain sophisticated laboratory equipment for accurate and efficient results.
• Interpret test data and collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers to support timely clinical decisions.
• Maintain adherence to CLIA, CAP, and other regulatory standards through daily quality checks and compliance protocols.
• Support and mentor lab technicians, contributing to a safe and collaborative laboratory environment.

What We're Looking For

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field.
• Certification: ASCP certification (MLS, CLS, or MT) or equivalent (e.g., AMT). New grads eligible for certification are encouraged to apply.
• Skills & Experience: Solid understanding of lab procedures, instrumentation, and safety practices. Analytical and critical thinking abilities. Experience with Laboratory Information Systems (LIS). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Leadership or mentorship experience is a plus.
