Recruiting Specialist - Sparta, TN


We're seeking a Recruiting Specialist to join our team in Sparta!

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct a minimum of 20 interviews daily with prospective candidates.
• Stay up to date on employment labor laws and compliance regulations to ensure all recruiting practices remain legally aligned.
• Perform manual dialing to connect with new and returning applicants.

• Reliable, driven, and a true go-getter
• High energy with a friendly personality
• Must have strong phone and typing skills
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written , to effectively interact with candidates
• Experience in interviewing techniques that promote an unbiased selection process
• Self-motivated and eager to succeed in a fast-paced environment
