Recruiting Specialist - Sparta, TN

We're seeking a Recruiting Specialist to join our team in Sparta!

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct a minimum of 20 interviews daily with prospective candidates.
Stay up to date on employment labor laws and compliance regulations to ensure all recruiting practices remain legally aligned.
Perform manual dialing to connect with new and returning applicants.

Ideal Candidate:

Reliable, driven, and a true go-getter
High energy with a friendly personality
Must have strong phone and typing skills
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written , to effectively interact with candidates
Experience in interviewing techniques that promote an unbiased selection process
Self-motivated and eager to succeed in a fast-paced environment
