Administrative Support Intake Olsten Staffing Services is currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Intake Administrative Support professional for a state office located in Conway. Job Type

- Monday - Friday
- 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
- $13.00 per hour
- Date stamp and process incoming documents
- Ensure all files contain accurate reference and case numbers
- Verify applicants are properly registered within the system
- Scan, copy, and organize documents and files
- Maintain accurate filing systems and records
- Adhere to HIPAA and confidentiality guidelines at all times
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Dependable attendance and punctuality required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic office and computer skills preferred
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
