Project Coordinator

Job Summary Our client is seeking a Project Coordinator to support day-to-day operations across multiple QA and System Engineering teams. This role will gather operational metrics from several teams and turn that information into clear reports and presentations for leadership. The Project Coordinator will also organize meetings, maintain documentation, track action items, and support project reporting across multiple initiatives. This position is W-2 only. We do not work with third-party firms or C2C arrangements for this role. Core Responsibilities Collect and organize operational data from QA and engineering teams Create leadership-ready reports, charts, dashboards, and presentations using existing team metrics Report on release activity, defect trends, ticket volumes, project progress, and other operational information Use Jira and JQL to locate data and support recurring reporting needs Schedule meetings, capture detailed notes, document action items, and distribute meeting minutes Track project milestones, deliverables, and outstanding action items across multiple teams Follow up with team members to keep reporting and project activities on schedule Maintain organized project documentation across multiple initiatives Communicate project updates and reporting details to engineering managers, cross-functional teams, and business leadership Required Skills/Experience (Must-Haves) 2+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator, PMO Analyst, Business Analyst, Operations Coordinator, or in a similar project support role Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including organizing data, creating charts, and preparing reports for leadership Experience using Jira and JQL to locate information and support reporting activities Strong PowerPoint and Microsoft Office skills Experience creating reports and presentations from operational data collected across multiple teams Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, meetings, and follow-up items Preferred Skills/Experience (Nice-to-Haves) Experience supporting technology, software development, QA, or engineering teams Experience working with release activity, defect trends, ticket volumes, or similar operational metrics Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development terminology Experience supporting multiple teams or projects at the same time Exposure to DevOps or system engineering environments Experience with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot or ChatGPT Key Competencies & Behaviors Highly organized and dependable Comfortable working with technical teams and business leadership Able to take raw operational data and turn it into clear, easy-to-understand reports and presentations Strong attention to detail when documenting meetings, action items, and project updates Comfortable following up with team members and keeping open items visible Able to communicate information clearly and consistently across multiple teams Work Environment Location: Hybrid, Denver, CO Compensation & Benefits Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $27.00 and $39.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location.
