Key Responsibilities:

• Daily Operations Management:
  • Supervise daily dietary operations during the evening shift, ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
  • Coordinate meal service schedules and ensure timely delivery of meals to patients.
• Staff Oversight and Training:
  • Lead and manage evening shift dietary staff, providing guidance and support in their daily tasks.
  • Conduct training sessions to inform staff on best practices and new dietary regulations.
• Menu Planning and Nutrition:
  • Collaborate with nutritionists to develop meal plans that meet health and dietary guidelines.
  • Assess patient dietary needs and preferences to ensure individual satisfaction.
• Quality Assurance:
  • Monitor food quality, portion sizes, and presentation to ensure high standards are met.
  • Implement corrective actions when necessary to address service or quality issues.
• Inventory Management:
  • Assist in managing inventory levels for food and supplies, placing orders as needed.
  • Ensure proper storage and handling of food items to maintain freshness and safety.
• Communication:
  • Serve as the main point of communication between dietary staff and healthcare professionals.
  • Facilitate feedback from patients and staff to improve services.

• Education:
