Premium Roofing is growing fast, and we're looking for driven, people-first individuals ready to build a career - not just take a job. As a Field Marketing Representative, you'll be the first point of contact between homeowners and our roofing solutions, working in-person in assigned neighborhoods to spark conversations, build trust, and generate qualified leads for our sales team.

Uncapped earning potential - Hourly base of $20.00 an hour plus commission on every qualified lead

What You'll Do

Engage homeowners face-to-face in assigned neighborhoods and spark genuine conversations about their roofing needs
Schedule appointments and hand off qualified leads to our sales team
Build relationships and represent the Premium Roofing brand with professionalism and energy

$20 - $22.50 an hour
