Role Description The Food Away From Home Sales and Marketing Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in the Albuquerque-Santa Fe Metropolitan Area. This role focuses on building and maintaining relationships with food service operators, distributors, and other key customers to increase product penetration and brand visibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include making sales calls, presenting product solutions, executing promotional programs, and collaborating with supplier partners to meet sales and marketing objectives. The representative will also provide training and product education to customer teams, gather market intelligence, and report on performance using agency systems and tools. The role requires consistent in-person visits, territory management, and coordination with internal colleagues to ensure excellent customer service and achievement of revenue targets. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with customers, partners, and internal teams. Candidates should possess solid Sales and Sales & Marketing skills to drive territory growth, support promotions, and meet revenue and brand objectives. Candidates should possess Training-related skills to educate customers and staff on product features, usage, and promotional initiatives. Relevant experience in food service, consumer packaged goods, or related industries is beneficial. Ability to manage a territory, plan visits, and work independently while meeting performance goals. Proficiency with basic office and CRM software, reporting tools, and mobile technology. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for on-site customer visits throughout the State of New Mexico.
