Primary Responsibilities Consistently exceed sales quotas. Proven success selling HRMS/Payroll solutions to complex organizations. Experience as a New Logo Rep (Hunter) with consistent quota attainment. Develop and maintain strong knowledge of solutions, technology, and capabilities to solve customer challenges. Present HCM products and services to decision makers and end users within the assigned territory. Identify sales opportunities and develop sales and marketing proposals aligned with customer needs. Maintain a strong knowledge of the HCM/SaaS industry, competitors, and analysts. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Incorporate technical advances into presentations. Minimum 3‑5 years of HCM sales experience. Strong knowledge of the HCM/SaaS industry. Demonstrated understanding of a strategic sales process. Minimum Qualifications Minimum 3‑5 years of proven success selling HCM/Payroll solutions. Preferred Qualifications Excellent communication and presentation skills. Highly organized. Experience with diverse prospecting strategies. Travel Requirement 30‑40% travel. Pay Transparency The base salary range for this position is $125,000 annually, with the opportunity to significantly increase total earnings through a performance‑based incentive compensation plan.
