About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Security Technology to play a pivotal role in leading, scaling, and maturing its enterprise security program. The successful candidate will be responsible for translating security strategy into operational execution, with a focus on the technologies and capabilities that protect the enterprise. This role demands a balance between strengthening core security maturity and addressing the challenges of fast business growth, integrations, and global initiatives. The VP will have significant executive exposure and be accountable for budget, talent, and investment decisions across a broad security technology portfolio. Key responsibilities for the Vice President, Security Technology include partnering with the CISO to define and execute the enterprise security strategy, leading security architecture and engineering, and modernizing various security capabilities. The role also involves providing executive leadership during security incidents, and embedding security into enterprise priorities and growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 15+ years of security and IT experience, and a proven track record in leading enterprise security functions. Deep experience in security architecture, identity and access management, cloud security, and security transformation is essential. The role requires an individual with executive presence, the ability to influence senior leaders, and experience in modernizing security capabilities in the face of rapid business change. Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or CRISC are preferred, as is experience in financial services, large-scale healthcare, or technology-enabled services.
