\n \nPosition Overview
\n \nAs an Marketing Communications Associate, you will represent client campaigns directly to customers while learning the fundamentals of:
\n \n• Brand marketing and promotional strategy
\n• Sales and customer acquisition
\n• Client relations and campaign management
\n• Leadership and team development
\n• Public speaking and communication
\n• Customer retention and brand awareness
\n \nNo previous experience is required. We provide hands-on training and mentorship from day one.
\n \nResponsibilities
\n \n• Represent client brands professionally at events and campaigns
\n• Engage with customers and answer general questions
\n• Assist with promotional marketing initiatives
\n• Support customer acquisition and retention efforts
\n• Participate in daily team meetings and mentorship sessions
\n• Help maintain a positive and professional brand image
\n• Learn leadership and campaign management skills
