Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Valid California Pupil Personnel Services (PPS) credential in School Psychology
• Proven experience delivering school-based psychological services, preferably with K-8 students
• Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team, including teachers, administrators, and families
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments for students in grades K–8
• Collaborate with educators and families to develop, implement, and review Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Provide individual and group counseling to support students’ academic achievement and social-emotional well-being
• Consult with teachers and staff to create supportive, inclusive learning environments
• Participate in multi-disciplinary meetings and contribute expertise to intervention planning
• Collect and analyze student performance data; monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Provide crisis intervention and support as required
