This position serves as a key link between customers, sales, supply chain, logistics, and other internal teams to ensure timely delivery, issue resolution, and overall customer satisfaction. Experience working within SAP or a similar ERP system is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities Process customer purchase orders accurately and efficiently to ensure timely fulfillment and delivery. Maintain ongoing communication with customers regarding order status, shipment schedules, and product availability. Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints, coordinating with internal departments to facilitate prompt resolutions. Support the sales team by providing customer-specific information, order updates, and account insights. Capture customer feedback and help drive initiatives that enhance the overall customer experience. Maintain customer records and master data within SAP to ensure accurate processing and shipment of orders. Generate and review SAP and operational reports to monitor order releases, shipments, and invoicing activities. Collaborate with supply chain, logistics, and commercial teams to proactively address service challenges. Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent customer service experience. 2+ years of customer service, order management, or supply chain support experience. Experience in the food, ingredients, chemical, or manufacturing industry is a plus. SAP experience is strongly preferred; experience with other ERP systems will also be considered. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, SharePoint, and related business applications. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
