Our client is seeking an experienced Managing Attorney to lead its Foreclosure practice group. This role is ideal for a litigation leader who excels at team development, operational oversight, and delivering exceptional client service About the Role You’ll oversee departmental strategy, daily operations, attorney performance, and litigation activity across state and federal courts. This position plays a key role in shaping team culture, driving process improvement, and supporting organizational growth Key Responsibilities Lead departmental strategy and implement firmwide objectives Oversee litigation, including hearings, discovery, and case management Train and mentor attorneys and staff Review title work and guide resolution of title defects Support creditor actions involving foreclosure, collections, and title issues Ensure timely, accurate billing Maintain strong client communication Manage team performance and workflow Qualifications JD from an accredited law school Active Louisiana Bar; ability to obtain MS & AL Bar within 24 months 5–10 years litigation experience, ideally in foreclosure, bankruptcy, UCC, or collections Prior experience as a Managing Attorney or Senior Partner Leadership of a team of 10+ Knowledge of TILA, RESPA, FDCPA, and mortgage‑default industry trends Strong communication, organization, and decision‑making skills #J-18808-Ljbffr HNE
