Primary Details Time Type: Full time Worker Type: Employee Location: California, Council Bluffs, Iowa, Fargo, North Dakota, Eau Claire, Wisconsin, North Carolina Work Arrangement: Remote unless within 50 miles of a NAU office, in which case a hybrid schedule is required. Salary Range: California ($28.00 - $42.00); Council Bluffs, Iowa ($25.50 - $38.25); Fargo, North Dakota ($25.50 - $38.25); Eau Claire, Wisconsin ($25.50 - $38.25); North Carolina ($25.50 - $38.25) Your New Role Use established guidelines to review, analyze and make recommendations regarding basic RMA compliance reviews and correct insured's Schedule of Insurance, acres, yield, etc. Document compliance review findings for submission to RMA. Assess necessity for additional compliance reviews based on estimated loss/reserves and RMA data. Interpret RMA audit requests to obtain appropriate insured documentation for submission by the defined date. Assist with investigating and resolving system data transmission errors. Communicate notification of new compliance reviews to customers. Ensure retention of compliance review documentation. Collaborate internally and externally, including with Claims, Underwriting, and other departments to deliver excellent customer service to agents and farmers. Comply with company policies and procedures, laws, rules, and regulations through execution of compliance quality reviews. Identify and communicate potential misrepresentations, fraud, waste, abuse, and other compliance risks.
